Up to 4 weeks before the planned arrival date, we will refund 50%.
Up to 2 weeks before the planned arrival date, we will refund 25%.
Ater that, no refund will be possible.
Liability Exclusion:
The landlord assumes no liability for accidents or injuries sustained by tenants or their guests during their stay in the holiday cabins. The landlord is not liable for damages to personal belongings of the tenants or their guests. The landlord is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, weather events (including hail, falling branches, etc.), or similar unforeseeable events. Damages to parked vehicles, whether caused by natural events or third parties, are excluded from liability. Parents bear full responsibility and liability for their children during their stay in the holiday cabins and on the associated property. By booking and using the holiday cabin, tenants acknowledge and accept these liability exclusions. The use of children's play equipment is at your own risk.
